4. If it is not used for a long time, the surface of the blade should be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil to prevent corrosion.
2. Maintenance of the casing
The inside of the casing must be cleaned after each use to prevent the cut grass, leaves, sludge, or other debris from adhering to the core and causing rust.
3. Maintenance of lawn mower carburetor
Strictly follow the requirements of the lawn mower carburetor operation, repair, and maintenance instructions, and pay attention to the following points:
1. Under normal circumstances, the air filter should be cleaned once a day. When used in a very dirty environment, it needs to be cleaned every few hours.
2. The spark plug should be cleaned after each use season. Readjust the gap of the spark plug every season of use (check and adjust according to the model and spark gap in the lawn mower carburetor manual to prevent errors and affect the performance of the whole machine).
3. The outer surface of the lawn mower carburetor should be wiped clean with a cloth or brush frequently to ensure clean ventilation.
4. The rotating shaft of the walking clutch rod should be dripped with lubricating oil regularly to prevent corrosion.
5. The front and rear rollers should be lubricated with light oil at least once every season.
6. The transmission mechanism of the walking part should be cleaned and replaced with grease after two years of operation.
7. The weeds, waste residue, or dust on the protective cover should be removed every day to prevent the engine from being damaged due to overheating or speeding.
8. When not in use for a long time, the gasoline in the petrol lawn mower should be drained to prevent the gasoline from deteriorating and clogging the carburetor and other components.
